What this site keeps, and what it does not.
Enquiries
When you write to us through the form on this site, the note you send, your name, your email address, the organisation you name and the enquiry type you choose are delivered to the firm's investment team by email through Netlify, the company that hosts this site. We keep them for as long as the conversation is live and for our own records of approaches received, and we do not share them with anyone outside the firm and its professional advisers.
Alif Ba invests the capital of its own shareholders. Portfolio management, investment advice and the acceptance of third-party capital are activities regulated by the Capital Markets Authority and sit outside the company's business. The form is for founders, fund managers, co-investors and advisers; it is not an invitation to invest.
The one cookie, and the choice before it
Nothing that tracks you loads when the page opens. If you choose Agree on the notice at the foot of the page, Google Analytics 4 loads and sets its cookies so that we can see which sections of the site are read, which language is used and whether the form is reached. IP addresses are anonymised, advertising features are off, and the choice you make is remembered in your browser under the name ab-consent. Choose Decline and no analytics script is ever requested; you can change your mind by clearing that value in your browser.
The site also remembers your language preference in your browser under ab-lang. That value never leaves your device.
Hosting, fonts and video
The site is served by Netlify, which records standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operations. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font files. All images and video are served from this domain.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our keeping it, by writing to info@alifba.capital. We answer within ten business days.

تستثمر أ ب رأس مال مساهميها. أما إدارة المحافظ والاستشارات الاستثمارية وقبول أموال الغير فهي أنشطة تنظمها هيئة أسواق المال وتقع خارج نشاط الشركة. النموذج مخصص للمؤسسين ومديري الصناديق والمستثمرين المشاركين والمستشارين، وليس دعوة للاستثمار.
ملف تعريف ارتباط واحد، والاختيار قبله
لا يُحمّل أي أداة تتبع عند فتح الصفحة. وإذا اخترتم «موافق» في الإشعار أسفل الصفحة، يُحمّل Google Analytics 4 ويضع ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة به لنعرف الأقسام التي تُقرأ واللغة المستخدمة وما إذا كان النموذج قد وُصل إليه. تُخفى عناوين IP، وميزات الإعلانات معطلة، ويُحفظ اختياركم في متصفحكم تحت الاسم ab-consent. وإذا اخترتم «رفض» فلن يُطلب أي نص برمجي للتحليلات، ويمكنكم تغيير رأيكم بمسح تلك القيمة من متصفحكم.
يحفظ الموقع أيضاً تفضيل اللغة في متصفحكم تحت ab-lang، وهذه القيمة لا تغادر جهازكم.
الاستضافة والخطوط والفيديو
يُقدَّم الموقع عبر Netlify التي تسجل سجلات الخادم المعتادة (عنوان IP، والوقت، والصفحة المطلوبة) لأغراض الأمن والتشغيل. وتُحمّل الخطوط من Google Fonts التي تتلقى طلب ملفات الخطوط. وتُقدَّم جميع الصور ومقاطع الفيديو من هذا النطاق.
