This site describes Alif Ba Holding Company K.S.C.C., a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company in the holding sector, and the way it invests the capital of its own shareholders. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, interest, unit or investment product, in Kuwait or anywhere else, and nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
Portfolio management, investment advice and the acceptance of third-party capital are activities regulated by the Capital Markets Authority of Kuwait and sit outside the company's business. The contact form exists for founders, fund managers, co-investors and advisers who wish to approach the firm; it is not a channel for investing with it.

The particulars on this site are drawn from the company's own filings and records and are believed accurate at the date above. The company may change any part of the site without notice, does not undertake to keep it current, and accepts no liability for reliance on it. References to other companies, including portfolio and network companies, describe relationships at the time of writing and are not endorsements by those companies.
Approaches sent through the site
A note sent through the form is received in confidence and read by the investment team. Sending it creates no obligation on the company to respond in a particular way, to enter into discussions, or to keep the note beyond its own record-keeping. يعرّف هذا الموقع بشركة أ ب القابضة ش.م.ك.م.، وهي شركة مساهمة كويتية مقفلة في قطاع الشركات القابضة، وبالطريقة التي تستثمر بها رأس مال مساهميها. وهو منشور لغرض الاطلاع. ولا يُعد أي محتوى فيه عرضاً لبيع أي ورقة مالية أو حصة أو وحدة أو منتج استثماري أو دعوة لشرائها، في الكويت أو في أي مكان آخر، ولا يُعد استشارة استثمارية أو قانونية أو ضريبية أو محاسبية.
